 HOW DOES OUR CUSTOMIZED PROCESS WORK?

IT’S A SIMPLE 4-STEP PROCESS:

1. CONSULTATION

A face to face meeting with one of our on-site personal trainers to discuss your experience, goals, and lifestyle.

2. ASSESSMENT

Creating an understanding around your time constraints, personal goals, and current physical ability allows us to create an unparalleled training experience.

3. TRAINING AT OPEX

Once your assessment is completed, your coach carefully analyzes your results and designs a training program to get you started. All of your training sessions are guided by an experienced, professional floor coach.

4. REFINEMENT

Every month, you’ll have the opportunity to schedule a catch up with your personal trainer to review and refine your goals, priorities and adjust your training for any changes in lifestyle.
